Today I took a wonderful gentlewoman to a Doctor's appointment.
To get her toenails clipped.

Yes, I believe you, we often have to schedule our diabetic patients to get toenails clipped and more often then not it is via ambulance. You saved a life today! Hmmmm....sorry
I can remember the old BLS days and taking the same woman, time after time, to the manicurist. Supposedly because she couldn't care for her nails on her own. Always thought that was a total abuse of the system. She could do her hair, makeup, and other ADLs, but not her nails. Crock of crap.
Man, I hope they did an EPIC job on those toenails...
