The ball point pen trach is an old field medic maneuver. It's effective.
And as an aside ... the cellophane off a cigarette pack will close a sucking chest wound (or a sandwich baggie, a piece of saran wrap, etc), and maxi pads make great pressure pads for trauma. Also you can cover the protruding end of a compound fx with one and keep it irrigated with saline.
But all that is old school....
Yeah...he's nice to look at, wouldn't mind having him work on me...heehee
YES!!! and seriously, I totally would have let him smooch me, even if I "didn't even know him!"
